Mabuhay! It’s Daddy B from Casa Buang.
What is Casa Buang you ask?
Well, it means Crazy House in a mixed translation of Spanish and Visaya, and perfectly describes our house with two full-speed little girls going a thousand kilometers an hour.
We started our channel to document life in a Fil Am home in the Philippines.
I am from the United States, and my wife, Chien is Filipina.
We met online in January 2018, and after a lot of chatting, we decided we would meet in person, and have basically been inseparable ever since.
Our original plan was to travel together, see the Philippines and countries around Southeast Asia, but God had a different adventure planned.
In January 2019 daughter number one, Cydney Alexandra, AKA Typhoon Cydney was born.
After making it through the pandemic lockdowns, getting married online because the lockdowns made a normal wedding impossible, and surviving a near-direct hit from Category 5 Typhoon Odette, we welcomed daughter number two, Madison Reese, AKA Hurricane Madison to the world in February 2023.
On our channel we want to share everything we’ve learned so far, and everything we are learning every day about creating a loving, happy home, dealing with life’s challenges, planning and working toward our goals, and all the fun and crazy that comes with being a Fil/Am couple with two very active little ladies.
